Must answer following questions in your form*

-What is your current cage set up?

-Are you breeding for hobby, or show? (This will help me pinpoint and find a good match for you!)

-Are you ARBA or HLRSC registered?*
-Do you agree to follow the SOP? (Best of ability, no cross breeding, etc)

Note: Pedigrees are offered to approved show breeders, additional $50.
